Keine Verbindung zu DBOX mit Netzwerk über Switch

Hallo zusammen,

hab mir meine Box bissle zerschossen ... hab ausversehen ein falsches Image geflasht. Im LCD steht "Kein System".

Mein Problem was ich jetzt hab ist folgendes:
Hab mir laut dieser Anleitung alles zusammengesucht und vorkonfiguriert.

Wenn ich jetzt im Bootmanager auf Start drücke wie in der Anleitung beschrieben passiert garnichts. Unten rechts im Bootmanager steht

"Pinging DBox II ... failed!"

Woher weis ich was für eine IP meine DBOX II hat?

Meinem Rechner hab ich folgende gegeben.

192.168.9.2 da mein Router 192.168.9.1 hat. Subnetmaske ist 255.255.255.0

Habe leider kein Cross oder Nullmodemkabel, weis mir einfach nicht mehr zu helfen ... wisst ihr was ich falsch gemacht habe? Oder welche IP meine DBOX hat?

zum zig tausendsten mal, die Boxen haben/brauchen beim Flashen mit dem Bootmanager keine ip fest in der box definiert.

Der Bootmanager vergibt die IP, die Du im Bootmanager oben links einträgst, dynamisch für den Flashvorgang und nur dafür.
Für den "normalen" Flashvorgang solltest Du hier eine freie Ip aus Deinem Subnet eintragen.

Z.B. 192.168.9.5


Aber Du musst ja alternativ Flashen (weil du kein Nullmodem kabel hast?), hast Du Dich genau an die Anleitung gehalten?

Die ppcboot in ein beliebiges Verzeichnis (keine Leerzeichen) kopieren und im Bootmanager als Bootfile für die Box anggeben.
Euer gewünschtes Image benennt ihr in 13.img um und legt es in das gleiche Verzeichnis wie die ppcboot....

Komm jetzt auf die Box leider kommt nachdem Flashvorgang immer wieder die gleiche Meldung "Kein System"

Habe eine Philips Sat Box mit 2x und auch ein Image mit 2 x Flash genommen. Was mache ich falsch?

Ok,

Du bist jetzt einen Schritt weiter, bzw. hängst nun wieder fest.

Die Alternativmethode klappt net immer, bzw. mir ist häufig das gleiche wie Dir passiert.

Flashen, und anschliessend doch kein System.
Diese Variante nutzte ich schon öfters, mein Laptop hat kein seriiellen Anschluss um ein Nullmodem-Kabel anzuschliessen.
Vorort beim "Kunden" scheiterte, wie gesagt, das ein oder andere mal die Alternativflasherei.

Warum weiß ich auch net, ich habe quasie immer das gleiche gemacht, der Unterschied waren immer die Boxen und natürlich auch neuere Images.


Nun ja, ich empfehle Dir in einem Computerfachladen ein Nullmodemkabel für 9 Euro zu kaufen und die Standardvariante zu nutzen.

Da gibts meist am Anfang auch Probleme, aber das sind oft fehlerhafte EInstellungen der Anwender.

Die können wir aber hier gemeinsam lösen.

Jupp hab die ganze Nacht probiert ... kam leider immer nur zum gleichen Ergebniss. Fahr jetzt mal in die Stadt Nullmodem und Crosskabel kaufen ... hat ja sonst doch keinen Wert trotzdem Vielen Dank für deine Hilfe.

Meld mich wieder wenn ich alles hab.

Crosskabel ist nicht zwingend notwendig.
Versuche doch mal ein anderes Image zu flashen-
gibt doch noch einige aus der Vergangenheit.

Ein anderes Image dürfte tatsächlich ne gute Idee sein.

Mit Nullmodem wars boot net failed - hat also nicht geklappt (lahmes Netzwerk, das halbe Forum beschäftigt sich nur damit)
Ohne Nullmodem scheint alles geklappt zu haben - nimm mal ein anderes Image.

Leider hab ich jetzt ein Problem und zwar das ich keine Sender mehr reinbekomme. Mein Premiere Abo ist schwarz genauso alle Free TV wie ARD, ZDF PRO7 etc.

was mache ich falsch was habe ich vergessen?

Vielen Dank an ICEBEAR aus dem IRC ohne ihn hätte ich es nicht hinbekommen.

Mein Senderproblem lag letztendlich an Wackler in Stecker von Satschüssel.
