ich habe die dbox II von nokia.

jedesmal wenn ich sie starte steht dort das keine system drauf ist!!

hatte mir ein nullmodemkabel gekauft und nen netzwerkkabel.beides angeschlossen.doch das prog dbox-b**t zeigt mir an das der ping zur dbox nich geht!!

message:pinging dboxII ... failed!!

was kann ich da machen!?!?!

weiss schon wie das gemeint ist.doch in posten bin ich nicht die nummer eins und kenn mich damit nicht aus.werde es nächstemal besser machen.doch leider schaffe ich das immernoch nicht.mit der dbox

hier nochmal beschrieben:

habe die dbox von nokia
nullmodemkabel ist angeschlossen
netzwerkkabel auch

pc erkennt nicht das die dbox im netzwerk ist

jedesmal wenn ich versuche es einzustellen geht es nicht.mein netzwerksimbol sagt mir immer das nix angeschlossen ist

woran kann das liegen??den patch Mediasensing XP habe ich auch schon installiert.ich verzweifle noch hier

würde mich auf schnelle antwort freuen

Solange kein Linux auf der Box ist, kann die auch nicht gepingt werden.
Netzwerkumgebung wird Box eh nie zeigen, es sei denn jmd. schafft es Samba in die Box zu bekommen -> sehr unwahrscheinlich!

er hat ja auch netzwerk-symbol und nicht netzwerk-umgebung geschrieben.

normalerweise besteht nur keine netzwerkverbindung wenn die box aus is.
wenn die box jedoch an ist, dann darf da nix von wegen "netzwerkkabel nicht angeschlossen" stehen, sonst wäre das kabel schuld.

so.endlich habe ich es geschaft das das proggy auf die dbox zugreifen kann.doch wenn ich das flash überspiele kommt trotzdem die anzeige "kein system".irgendwas haut da nicht hin

ps.:linux bootloader war schon auf der dbox.doch dann ging irgendwas schief.der kann das system nicht mehr booten.brauche dringen hilfe.

Wenn "kein System" kommt, hast Du warscheinlich versucht ein 1xI Komplettimage auf eine 2xI-Box zu spielen, oder umgekehrt.

Wenn Du eine 2x Box hast lade ein 2x image runter und flashe es.
Wenn Du eine 1x Box hast lade ein 1x image runter und flashe es.

Wenn Du nicht weisst ob 1x oder 2x schraub die Box auf und guck nach.

er bringt immer das gleiche.auf kriege ich die dbox nich.mir felt der dreher dafür

Hast Du nicht, der Bootmanager wählt niemals das Image als Bootfile aus.

Geht auch mit nem kleinen Schraubendreher (Phasenprüfer oder so).

Um Dein Problem mit dem Image flashen in den Griff zu bekommen, da gibts ein Tool das in Verbindung mit dem Bootmanager funktioniert.

Hmm - nach dem flashen, beim ersten Boot, sollte Dich die Box nach Deinen Netzwerk-Einstellungen gefragt haben. Du hast der Box hier eine IP zugeteilt. FTP öffnen, IP eingeben, verbinden. Die cam_alpha.bin und die avia500.ux bzw. avia600.ux in den Ordner /var/ucodes kopieren.
Solltest Du nicht auf das LCD geachtet haben, drück einfach ein paar mal OK, wenn die Box dann ohne Bild läuft, gehst Du per dboxtaste und Einstellungen in die Netzwerk-Einstellungen und stellst dort eine korrekte IP und Subnetmask ein. Dann wie oben erklärt per FTP Ucodes auf die Box.
