Premiere auf einmal schwarz,bitte hilfe

Hallo!

Seit 2 Monaten läuft mein image perfekt aber von einem tag auf den anderen ist premiere 1-7 ,Sport 1+2 schwarz!

An was kann das liegen

Ich habe als erstes das mit der camd2 gemacht.

Danach stand nur da,

Ist das dann richtig oder angenommen worden??Oder hab ich was falsch gemacht!??
Ich habe jetzt schon 12 std gewartet aber es ist nichts passiert!
Hab ich da was falsch gemacht???

was wäre,wenn meine Schüssel verstellt ist??
Ich empfange alle Sender,außer von Premiere!
Wenn die schüssel verstellt wäre,könnte es dann sein das nur premiere nicht mehr geht und alle anderen astrein funzen!??!

Bitte Hilfe,ich kenn mich da eher weniger aus,bin krank und muss Sylvester zuhause verbringen und gerade jetzt geht kein premiere mehr!!

Was soll ich machen??

Wie karte nicht freigeschaltet??
Ich habe vorgestern noch geschaut und am nächsten tag war es auf einmal weg das Bild!!
Hab auch schon bei premiere angerufen und die meinte ,das es freigeschalten ist!!
Sie wollte aber dann auch wissen(weil ich sagte,das bild ist schwarz).ob ich eine anderes system drauf habe und das es dann an dem liegt!hab aber nichts gesagt!
Wenn ich zu premiere sage,das ich neutrino drauf habe,bekomme ich dann noch support von denen???

Es gibt mehrere Methoden:

Entweder

du rufst bei Premiere an und bittest das sie dir nochmals ein Freischaltsignal zuschicken möchten.
Die Karte muss dazu drinnen stecken, besser nochmals raus und wieder rein.

Ich möchte dir aber lieber zu einer anderen Sicheren Methode raten:

Dazu icherst du deine Box im jetzigen Zustand

DBox -> Service -> Software Aktualisierung -> Experten Funktion -> Einzelne Partition Auslesen -> flash without bootloader

Dann kannst du die *.img Datei aus dem tmp Verzeichniss deiner Box kopieren.

Dann flasht du die Sicherung deiner BN (Betanova / Originalsoftware) auf deine Box,

Damit neu starten und bei Premiere anrufen. Wenn sie dich Fragen was los ist, sag einfach du hättest Neutrino drauf gehabt und dass hätte irgendwie nicht funktioniert, jetzt hast du BN drauf und das würde nicht mehr gehen.

Wenn die Karte dann wieder geht,
flasht du die sicherung die du am Anfang gemacht hast wieder drauf, oder lässt BN drauf

Aber BN lass ich sicher nicht mehr drauf den schxxß!!
kann ich dann später nach BN,mit flash FXP einfach wieder zugreifen?
Wie flash ich des dann zurück??Bootmanager??

Ja und wie flash ich jetzt des Original image von BN??

Der flash assistent meint das das BN image nicht die richtige größe hat und er will es nicht flashen!!

Wenn ich das image in den tmp ordner lege,was muss ich dann nach der, DBox -> Service -> Software Aktualisierung -> Experten Funktion....... machen!
Welchen typ muss ich da am ende auswählen??

Jetzt hab ich das BN drauf!
Jetzt startet er immer wieder neu und schreibt hin "fehlercode UCO."
BN Willkommen wird angezeigt und danach immer neustart!!
Was jetzt??

Ich habe noch eine datei,die heißt "os_gepatcht",braucht man die auch??

Ich habe es jetzt hinbekommen mit BN,war zwar bißchen zäh aber es ging!!
Nach der neuen freischaltung ging premiere wieder!!

Aber könnte mir jemand sagen,warum das so ist ?
Von einem tag auf den anderen ist die karte nicht mehr freigeschalten!
Macht da premiere irgendwas oder kommt das einfachso vor??

Hallo!

Weshalb es nicht ging kann ich Dir nicht beantworten.
Das kann verschiedene Ursachen haben.
Vielleicht ist der Empfang nicht optimal und das Freischaltsignal konnte deshalb nicht zur Karte vordringen.

Man kanns aber auch echt kompliziert machen mit BN zurückflashen usw. Einfach anrufen und sagen man war im 14 Tage im Urlaub und dabei war die Box natürlich ausgeschaltet. Dann wird einem eigentlich ohne großes Nachfragen ein neues Freischaltsignal gesendet.
