Hi all, slight problem i have flashed my box but cant see any chanels, it says not available , i thought i would try to connect to fxp but i cant any ideas what ip address have i got to use? also have i got to change any settings in my protocol

How do I enable my DBox to access the Internet or just connect it to my PC?

Have a look here or here for some example pictures and the do the following:

Find out from your router what IP range it is using as the Images that are being used have issues with DHCP.
.
What you need is a free IP within the range of the router (take my picture as an example)

Then press the Dbox Key
Choose 4 (Settings/Einstellungen)
Choose Network/Netzwerk
Scroll down to the DHCP and turn it off (if it was activated)
Set a IP for the Dbox (from the Range of your router)
Set Gateway (IP off your Router)
Set DNS/Nameserver (IP off your Router)
scroll up to set network now (above DHCP)
Press home
Press Red Key
