Philips 2xI box falsches format beim Startbild. kein booten!

Habe ein neues Startbild rübergezogen, dies hat nun das falsche format, die box startet nun nicht mehr.

Ich komme garnicht mehr weiter. Hab auch schon per Nullmodem mit bootmangager rumprobiert, aber ich bekomme es nicht gebacken.

komplett neu flashen ist das einfachste (ein sauberes image)...

Wie mach ich das aber, ich bekomme es nicht hin mit dem Bootmanager.
