Tell me please right way to "locale" CVS image

When I select russian.locale all OK in menu-items and so on.
But when Dbox2 recieved the EPG text - all text in EPG distroed and
EPG look like a mess. Names of channels crash too, if it in russian.
I found in .config section about locale and default charset.
Is it true to set in config default NLS ISO-8859-5
I am shure - EPG from 36E send in this charset.

What is the right way to repair this?
