Dbox2 channels have gone black

Hi guys i'm still quite new to this, and probaly dont fully understand it yet lol, but i managed to set my dbox up correctly in the uk and it worked fine until a few days ago, when all of the channels went black (except for the free ones) and i'm not to sure how to fix this, if theres anyone who can help me, or whos had this problem too, this would really help me
