PLEASE HELP- AFTER CHANGING INTEL CHIPS NOKIA RESTARTS

I have get NOKIA DBOX2 with 2xINTEL chips BMON 1.0 . After several days of trying to get it in DBUG mode with all known methods ( I do not do it for the first time ) I decide to replace INTEL flash chips from nokia kabel receiver .
After succesfully changed chips I managed to get my nokia in DBUG mode- BUT IT JUST RESTARTS AFTER BOOT SCREEN GOES OFF AND RUDREAM image start to load ( I tried to load few images - always the same )
HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM ?
ANY HINT FROM DBOX EXPERTS ?
