my old box???

i had a segem 1x box and it just stopped working one day i took it to a friend house 2 mins down the street and plugged it in and bam not picking up any channels. So i tried a channel scan and it would not pick up any transponders could you plz give light to this crazy box

Well,
Did you check it at home again, doing another transponder scan?
if your d-Box doesn't find any channels during a transponder scan, even at home, which i assume worked before, you could have blown up an SMD-IC (LNBK20) within the tuner unit. This usually happens if you short-circuit the antenna jack accidently by de- or attaching the antenna cable while the d-box is connected to an ac outlet and powered on.
