Fehler beim Swap-Partition anlegen

Hallo zusammen !

Ich bin am verzweifeln, den ganzen Tag versuche ich schon meine Festplatte in meine Dbox2 einzustellen aber es klappt nicht.

Gehe auf Swap-Partition anlegen ---> Zugewiesene Partitionsgröße in MB 128 ---> Partition erstellen u. formatieren ---> Alle Daten gehen verloren JA ---> dann rechnet ---> Dann die Fehlermeldung "Can't make filesystem at /dev/ide/host0/bus0/target0/lun0"

Was mach ich falsch, kann mir das einer sagen hab schon das ganze Netz durchsucht und nix gefunden :-(

Kannst du ein Log machen? Sieht nach Problem mit freiem Platz aus.

Kannst du mal fdisk manuell aufrufen (Telnet).?

Hab es manuel noch nicht versucht werde ich aber heute noch machen muß mir nur eine Anleitung suchen.

Die Platte war schon mal in gebrauch und ist vor dem Einbau Formatiert worden. Habs auch schon mir einer anderen Platte versucht hat auch nicht geklappt.

Wenn nichts auf der Platte ist, was du brauchst, dann kann ich nur empfehlen, alle Partitionen zu löschen und von Anfang eins nach dem Anderen einzurichten. Sollte zB. erweiterte Partitionen drauf sein, ist das sowiso ratsam, das wird nicht unterstützt. Im Normalfall reichen auch maximal 2 Partitionen, eine Swap und eine zum Gebrauch.

Super hat geklappt habe die Festplatte an den PC gehängt und alle Partitionen gelöscht und dann in die dbox2 eingebaut jetzt konnte ich die Swap Partition erstellen erstellen und kann auch aufnehmen.
