Nokia 2xAMD Avia 500 m. Speichererweiterung loopt

Hi!

Hab hier ein Problem mit der oben genannten Box. Sie läuft bis zum Logo hoch und resettet dann wieder!! Flashen klappt einwandfrei. Ist eine Box mit 16 MB Ram als Speichererweiterung gesteckt und 16 MB auf dem Board!

Hi!

Ich nochmal, gehe jetzt mal von einem Hardwaredefekt aus. Yadd wird auch nicht gebootet, das gleiche Problem. Kann es evtl. sein, daß da ein Rambaustein defekt ist?? Speichererweiterung ist O.K. Kann man den Onboard Ram irgendwie softwaremäßig testen?

wenn du beim booten an der stelle der Abfrage mit der Zifferntaste "2" die ausgabe aufs COM lenkst, kommt dann nach
Verifying Checksum ... OK
Uncompressing Kernel Image ... OK
noch mehr im COM???
